當(dāng)你進(jìn)入游戲的時(shí)候就一直處于黑屏狀態(tài)并且無(wú)法正常連接游戲頻道，那么如果排除游戲運(yùn)行商本身服務(wù)器的問(wèn)題，那么就肯定是你的網(wǎng)絡(luò)或者游戲文件出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題，導(dǎo)致無(wú)法與游戲正常連接無(wú)非就以下幾點(diǎn)：1、電腦你與游戲服務(wù)器進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)傳輸 2、游戲損壞 3、DNS以及IP出現(xiàn)了問(wèn)題。

首先需要排除網(wǎng)絡(luò)的問(wèn)題，C:WindowsSystem32driversetc找到這個(gè)文件夾目錄然后打開(kāi)hosts文件粘貼以下內(nèi)容：

以記事本的格式打開(kāi)

當(dāng)重置電腦內(nèi)的hosts文件，接下來(lái)應(yīng)該重置LSP，組合鍵win+R 打開(kāi)“運(yùn)行”，輸入“cmd”打開(kāi)命令提示符，然后再輸入“netsh winsock reset”

然后再次輸入“ipconfig /flushdns”進(jìn)行DNS重置。

最后再用游戲修復(fù)功能修復(fù)下游戲即可解決問(wèn)題，如果以上步驟都做完了，那么還是無(wú)法進(jìn)入，這就說(shuō)明是游戲自身的問(wèn)題了，重新下載游戲即可
